If you're looking for a simple way to add more greens to your day, this Healthy Green Smoothie is one of my absolute favourites.
'
It's fresh, creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with nourishing ingredients that help you feel energised and satisfied. Better yet, it's easy to make and perfect for busy mornings when you want something quick, healthy, and delicious.
One of the things I love most about this smoothie is that it contains no banana. Instead, the combination of pineapple, apple, avocado, leafy greens, and ginger creates a beautifully balanced flavour that's both refreshing and satisfying.
The avocado adds creaminess, the greens provide plenty of nourishment, and the ginger gives it a lovely little kick.
This is one of my go-to smoothies whenever I want a healthy breakfast, an afternoon boost, or simply a delicious way to support my wellbeing.

Nina's Tip
For the smoothest result, blend the liquid and leafy greens first before adding the remaining ingredients. This helps create a beautifully silky smoothie and ensures the greens are blended evenly.
