Ingredients
1 whole bunch organic celery
Method
Prepare the Celery
Wash the celery thoroughly.
Trim away the base if needed.
Cut the stalks into pieces that fit your juicer.
Juice
Feed the celery through your juicer.
Stir the juice gently once finished.
Serve
Pour into a glass.
Enjoy immediately while fresh.
Nina's Tip
If you're new to celery juice, try serving it well chilled.
You can also add a squeeze of lemon on occasion for a slightly brighter flavour, although I usually enjoy it just as it is.
