This Simple Green Juice is fresh, crisp, and easy to make with just a handful of ingredients. It's one of those recipes that feels refreshing any time of day and comes together in only a few minutes.
All you need is your juicer and a few fresh ingredients.
Serves 1–2
Ingredients
4 celery stalks, including the leaves
½ cucumber
1 small green apple
½ lemon
Method
Prepare the Ingredients
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
Cut them into pieces if needed to fit your juicer.
Juice
Feed the celery, cucumber, apple, and lemon through your juicer.
Stir gently once combined.
Serve
Pour into a glass or jar.
Enjoy immediately while fresh.
Nina's Tip
I always use the celery leaves too. They're full of flavour and help reduce food waste.
If you prefer your juice extra cold, chill the ingredients before juicing or serve over ice.
