Cesar salad
Updated: Nov 1, 2020
Enjoy this salad for lunch together with friends, family, or just in the company of yourself. It`s crunchy, delicious, and works well on its own or as an appetizer.

Take a moment to enjoy a delicious meal with your loved one. This Cesar salad is filled with organic veggies, free-range chicken, an amazing dressing and freshly grated goatmilk parmasan from Italia. #yummy!
Dressing:
2 cloves of garlic, remove the ½ lemon – the juice 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp pickles 2 – 3 dl good quality olive oil (the dressing will be stronger the more olive oil you use) ½ tsp fresh grinded black pepper 1/3 tsp Himalayan salt
Add everything in a mixing bowl and use a handblender until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency.
The salad:
Try getting organic, and preferable local veggies.
In this salad I`ve used free-range organic chicken. If you however want you can swoop out the chicken with either Jackfruit, eggplant or chickpeas.
1 crispy heart salad 1 sweet, red bell pepper 1 can of corn, drained ½ cucumber 1 handful of parsley ½ red onion 1 celery stalk free range chicken or a vegan alternative
Mix everything in a nice bowl and add grated parmesan.
Sooooo good.
Enjoy your meal, and spread a little extra love on this romantic day. . Much love x . #lunch #valentines #cesarsalad #love #realfood #instafood
