Crisp bread. Oh my GOSH!

These are a lifesaver to have in your cookie jar. It's amazingly delicious and also sooo good for you. Also super easy to make.


1 dl sunflower seeds

1 dl flax seeds

1 dl pumpkin seeds

1 tbs psyllium husk

2,5 dl boiled water

0,5 dl coconut oil

Sea salt as wanted.

some spices if wanted

Preheat the oven to 150 ˚C

How to:

Boil water. Preferably alkaline and purified.

Add the water and coconut oil and wait until the coconut oil is dissolved.

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour over the water mix. Stir well.

Let it sit for 10 min. This is to allow the psyllium husk to thicken.

Place a baking paper on your baking tray. Spread the mix until its equally thin. If it`s too thick it will not be crispy. Cut it with a pizza wheel before you bake it, this will make it easier to divide it after it`s done.

Bake it in the oven for 50 min.

Divide the crisp bread, place it on a cooling grate.

When completely cool, store them on cookie jar.
