Easy mix of veggies


This wonderful mix of bellpeppers, squash, onion and garlic is just about right for today's lunch. It works also amazingly as a sidedish to your main meal.

Just wash it, chop it, and fry it in some coconut oil. I used Himalayan salt, black pepper and oregano.

It was an amazing morning here today. Sunrise. See the colors of the sky! Truly mezmerising... #grateful
