Carrot, Orange & Ginger Juice

Sometimes the simplest recipes are the ones we come back to again and again.
This fresh juice combines carrots, orange, lemon, ginger, parsley, and celery to create a vibrant drink that's full of fresh flavour and easy to make.
Whether you enjoy it as part of your breakfast, alongside lunch, or whenever you're craving something refreshing, it's a lovely way to add a little colour to your day.
One of the things I love most about homemade juices is how simple they are. A few fresh ingredients, a juicer, and a couple of minutes are all it takes.
Ingredients
2 carrots
½ stalk celery
1 orange, peeled
½ lemon
1 sprig parsley
1 inch fresh ginger
Method
Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Peel the orange.
Cut the ingredients into pieces if needed to fit your juicer.
Juice everything according to your juicer's instructions.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
Nina's Tip
Fresh juice is best enjoyed soon after it's made.
If you'd like to prepare it ahead of time, store it in a sealed glass bottle in the refrigerator and enjoy it as soon as possible for the freshest flavour.
