The combination of apple, spinach, banana, and oat milk creates a smooth and creamy drink, while the date adds a little natural sweetness. It's quick to make, easy to customise, and perfect for busy mornings when you want something ready in minutes.

Serves 1–2
Ingredients
1 banana
1 date
1 green apple
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp maca powder
1 handful fresh spinach
1 cup oat milk
Method
Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the apple and spinach.
Remove the core from the apple.
Remove the stone from the date if needed.
Peel the banana.
Blend
Add the oat milk to your blender first.
Add the spinach.
Add the apple, banana, and date.
Add the hemp seeds and maca powder.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Serve
Pour into a glass.
Enjoy immediately.
Nina's Tip
If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a handful of ice cubes before blending.
You can also freeze sliced banana ahead of time for an even creamier texture.
