Go, go green smoothie!

Sunshine, greens and lots of love.

Today I was combining a type of green smoothie. I was combining the smoothie with greens, dates, maca and hemp seeds. This is a powerhouse of a smoothie filled with protein

You`ll need:

1 banana 1 date 1 green apple 2 tbs hemp seeds 1 tsp maca powder 1 handful of spinach 1 cup of oatmilk Wash, peel and blend.

It's a bit sweeter then my normal smoothies, but after a workout it's just about right.

Enjoy you day, and spread some love. Have u reflected over your gratitudes today? I believe one of the most important habits we have - is to be grateful each day. It gives you perspective, not letting anything be taken for granted. It's a powerful drive and it's relaxing at the same time.
