Organic, strawberry chia pudding

This strawberry chia pudding is an amazing treat, as well as a source to amazing benfits such as fatty acids, antioxidants, fiber and vitamin-C.

Perfect when you`re on a go, for dessert or just a snack.


Ingredients:


4 dl high fat, coconut milk 4 tbsp Chiaseeds 1 tbsp maple syrup ¼ tsp himalayan salt

200g frozen, organic strawberries. (The more frozen the more icecream feeling you get.)


How:


Mix the coconut milk, chiaseeds, maple syrup and salt together in a mixing bowl. Let the misture sit for a couple of hurs until the chiaseeds expand. Maybe 2 hours on the counter, or over night in the fridge.


Take the strawberries into your blender and mix until smooth.


After the chiaseeds has expanded, mix them together.


So tasty.

This can very well be served as it is, or with granola, fresh berries and/or vanilla sauce.

Feels so good eating vibrant, lovely food.
