Quick veggie side-dish

Snack before bedtime?

If you're also working out in the evenings it's good to have a snack before bedtime. This dish is very nice by its self, but also with tacoes, or as a side dish to any meal.

I took the raw veggies leftovers from dinner, put it in the food processor, added Himalayan salt and jalapeños, and then stir it on the frying pan. On these cold winter nights is good to have a heated meal.


⭐Tomatoes ⭐Cucumber ⭐Paprika. Green+red+yellow ⭐Jalapeños ⭐Himalayan salt
