Vegan, gluten free lasagne

This is a lasagne filled with goodies and nutrients. Sometimes making small changes to your favorites can be so amazing. This meal will make you feel full without later on laying as a rock in the stomach... I'll post a full receipe on my website later, but just wanted to share some inspiration you can take action on today.
Start by cutting sweet potato, squash, onion and garlic in small pieces, add some salt, Cayenne, thyme, oregano and basil, pour some good oil on top, and bake it in the oven until it's soft.
I layered the lasagna like this: -spinach -chopped tomatoes -oat cream -gluten-free lasagna plates -homemade chili salsa -the baked vegetables -more oat cream -a drizzle of nutmeg -vegan, shredded coconut cheese
Now, bake it in the oven on 200°C for about 40min (depends on your lasagna plates), serve with some fresh veggies and voila. Dinner is served.
