2 kg organic apples. Either with or without the skin. Your choice.½ cup of alkaline, filtered water½ twp nutmeg2 tsp cinnamon .
Boil everything under a lid until soft. About 20 minutes. Then use a food processor or a hand blender until a smooth consistency. Pour it over on a clean glass jar, put the lid on and flip it upside down while it cools down. Now the jar is sealed and can be stored in the fridge for about 1 week. .
