Sugar-free applesauce

Applesauce without sugar and so delicious!

Turn your organic, tasty apples into a delicious applesauce.

It is soooo easy to make and can be of great use. Did you know you can replace eggs in cake with applesauce? Yup, it`s truly amazing how versatile this is.


2 kg organic apples. Either with or without the skin. Your choice. ½ cup of alkaline, filtered water ½ twp nutmeg 2 tsp cinnamon .


Boil everything under a lid until soft. About 20 minutes. Then use a food processor or a hand blender until a smooth consistency. Pour it over on a clean glass jar, put the lid on and flip it upside down while it cools down. Now the jar is sealed and can be stored in the fridge for about 1 week. .
