Habits are the things you tend to do without really thinking of it. It can be formed by your upbringing, environment, or basically any other source.

In so many areas of life, habits tend to be what we naturally fall back to. It`s basically just like an autopilot. Most of our habits – good or bad – we probably are not aware of.

To map out these, let`s try to really be mindful, pay attention to big and small habits. Ask yourself the questions above to tune into which habits will help you live the life you desire.

When we have a desire for improvement, it all comes down to creating habits and sticking to them. Let`s tune in a bit deeper.
