Super healthy, easy, yummy dessert

We all get cravings from time - but why not choose a healthy alternative... A healthy alternative will give you buildings blocks, leave your body with energy and you feel GREAT after eating it as well!


Having dessert or snack is not equal to unhealthy sugars and fats. We just need to know what to do and choose wisely. Remember - life is a marathon, not a sprint.


A dessert is great - but for your body to digest it properly, you should NOT consume dessert right after another meal. Wait for an hour or two - and your body will have more capacity to digest it.


Ingredients for 2 adults:

2 small, ripe avocados (320grams before peeling)

1 large banana (190 grams before peeling)

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 soft date

80 gram thick coconut cream (or another plant-based thick cream)

1/4 tsp Himalayan salt


How to:

Add all the ingredients into a food processor (you can also use a hand blender).

Mix until smooth

Serve it straight away, or let it cool down an hour in the fridge.

Garnish with cacao powder, a pinch of salt, and hemp seeds.
