Ingredients
2 small ripe avocados (approximately 320 g before peeling)
1 large banana (approximately 190 g before peeling)
2 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 soft date
80 g thick coconut cream
¼ tsp Himalayan salt
For Garnishing
A light dusting of cacao powder
A pinch of salt
Hemp seeds
Method
Add all the ingredients to a food processor.
A hand blender works well too.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour before serving.
Garnish with cacao powder, a small pinch of salt, and hemp seeds.

For the creamiest texture, use ripe avocados and a soft, ripe banana.
