Sweet potato grilled cheese sandwich

Whoop whoop! Do you love a good toast? You`re not that into bread? Well, a sweet potato will do the trick. This is such a delicious alternative to your traditional grilled cheese sandwich,
For this meal, I used 4 thin slices of sweet potatoes.
Cut each slice 1 cm thick.
Spread on coconut oil or butter on the outside, and then fill it with your choice for a grilled sandwich.
I used homemade ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, red onions, local Italian sheep cheese, and spinach.
If you like sweet potatoes, this is for sure a must!
