Are you juicing, and don`t know wha to do with the pulp. Well, this cake freaking delicious anytime of the week.
So after I made carrot juce, I wanted to use the pulp. I often make pancakes from all of the pulp, but this is just pulp from carrots. It turned out so tasty, with many spices. This has a base of shredded carrots, and than using from the pulp after juicing. The Cake: Ingredients: 700 gram organic carrots (about 275 gram carrot pulp) 150 gram melted organic butter
