If you're looking for simple ways to enjoy more fruits and vegetables, smoothies and juices are a wonderful place to start.
This collection includes some of my favourite combinations that I return to again and again. They're easy to make, full of fresh flavour, and perfect for busy mornings, afternoon pick-me-ups, or whenever you want something refreshing.
One of the things I love most about smoothies and juices is how versatile they are. You can experiment with ingredients, switch things up with the seasons, and discover new favourites along the way.
Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated. Sometimes it's simply about blending a few ingredients together and enjoying something fresh and delicious.
Before You Start
For all smoothies and juices:
Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
Peel ingredients where needed.
Cut larger ingredients into smaller pieces.
Blend or juice according to your equipment.
Enjoy fresh.
Smoothies can be enjoyed on their own or served with homemade granola for a more filling breakfast or snack.
